Services people can understand
Give outsourced HR, retainers, investigations and project work their own clear explanations, based on what your consultancy actually offers.
Independent consultants. People advisory firms.
Let your website do justice to your expertise.
You help businesses navigate complex people matters. I build custom websites that make your services clear, introduce the person behind the advice and give prospective clients a straightforward next step.

Make the first impression count
A referral may bring someone to your website. Clear services, relevant experience and a simple enquiry path help them decide whether to start a conversation.
Give outsourced HR, retainers, investigations and project work their own clear explanations, based on what your consultancy actually offers.
Introduce your consultants, their experience and their approach. Make approved credentials and client feedback easy to find.
Help someone explain what they need without a lengthy form. Make it clear what happens next, whether that is a call or a personal reply.
Build around your services and genuine service areas, with readable content, descriptive page titles and a structure search engines can follow.
On the drawing board
I’m building a website for Fletch Consulting, an HR, employee relations and industrial relations consultancy. The latest design brings its services and experienced team together with clear pathways to workplace support.
Shown as work in progress. This is a design example, not a claim of launch results or increased enquiries.
Distinct pathways for employers, employees, investigations and enterprise agreements help visitors find relevant support. A situation list translates service terminology into recognisable problems.
Profiles of Peter Fletcher, Graham Bergman and Ian Hess introduce the people and experience behind the consultancy, giving visitors more context before they get in touch.
The page explains how an enquiry leads to a discussion of fit, scope and fees. It also asks visitors to keep sensitive documents out of the initial enquiry.
Clear scope. Direct with Dustin.
You bring your services, experience and priorities. I handle the structure, design and build, with a completed staging website for you to review before final payment.
Put the investment in perspective
Use the value of a typical HR project or a defined period of retainer revenue, together with your estimated profit margin, to calculate how many additional clients would cover the A$1,250 website investment.

I work remotely with HR consultants and people advisory firms in Brisbane, Sydney, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Adelaide, Melbourne, Toowoomba, Perth, Cairns, Darwin and Hobart, as well as regional Australia.
We can handle your intake, design feedback and staging review online. You work directly with me throughout, with your website shaped around your consultancy’s services, clients and service area.
Before we begin
Practical details for HR consultants considering a new site or a redesign.
What SEO-ready actually includesStart with a clear explanation of who you help, your services, the people behind the advice and how to enquire. A focused five-page structure could include Home, Services, About, How we work and Contact. Separate pages for outsourced HR, workplace investigations or training can be useful when those services need more explanation; we agree the page structure and any additional scope before starting.
My current founding-client package is A$1,250 for a custom five-page website, including the first year of hosting. A$250 starts the project and A$1,000 is invoiced after staging approval. Two rounds of scope-aligned revisions are included. Additional pages, a content management system or more involved integrations are scoped separately.
Usually, yes. I check the existing domain, hosting and email setup before launch, preserve the email records and plan redirects for any page addresses that change. Existing search traffic and useful content inform the migration plan, although rankings cannot be guaranteed through a redesign.
I can provide a clear link to your existing booking service, or assess an embed where the provider supports it. If you prefer to review each enquiry before arranging a call, we can use a short enquiry form instead. The booking setup and any third-party subscription costs are confirmed in the scope.
We decide how you want to manage updates before the build. The founding-client package does not automatically include a self-service content management system. If you regularly publish HR insights or need to edit pages yourself, I can scope a suitable editing setup. Ongoing updates and hosting after the first year are agreed separately.
The build includes crawlable content, useful titles and descriptions, a clear heading structure, internal links, a sitemap and mobile-friendly layouts. Your actual services and service areas shape the content. These are SEO foundations, not a ranking guarantee; ongoing content, Google Business Profile work and link building are separate unless agreed.
A focused five-page website is typically ready for staging review within one week after the intake and essential material arrive. Launch follows your feedback, up to two rounds of scope-aligned revisions, approval and access to the domain. More involved content or integrations can change the timeline.
