HR & workplace relations · Launched October 2026

Fletch helps employers and employees work through HR and workplace relations matters, from day-to-day concerns to investigations and enterprise agreements. The website needed to make that support understandable at the moment someone needs it.
My role covered the structure, design, build and launch. The aim: help visitors recognise their situation, see why Fletch is relevant and start a conversation without having to work out the right service name themselves.
Separate employer and employee pathways put the visitor’s needs first. Focused pages explain the available support and who it suits, so a prospective client can move from “can they help me?” to a relevant enquiry.
Real practitioner profiles put experience behind the offer. Clear explanations of the first conversation and how the work is agreed give visitors something concrete to assess before sharing a sensitive workplace concern.
The same care on every screen
Peter’s light blue logo anchors the design, keeping the business recognisable while giving it a more considered presentation. Navy headings, soft surfaces and generous spacing make specialist information easier to scan and compare.
On a phone, visitors can find a service, call or enquire without navigating a crowded desktop menu. This is the same principle I bring to service-business websites: every design choice should help someone understand the offer or take the next step.

Colour with a purpose
Keeping the website aligned with Peter’s existing logo was a requirement from the outset. Its sky blue became the starting point for the palette, preserving the identity his clients already recognise.
I extended that colour into softer backgrounds and deeper blues for contrast. The result gives Fletch a consistent presence across every service page, with bright accents to guide attention and dark text to keep the detail readable.

A closer look
Each page answers the questions a prospective client brings: can you help, how does it work, and what do I do next?

Fletch supports workplaces across Australia from its Brisbane base. The map makes that reach explicit, so location needn’t leave a prospective client wondering whether the service is available to them.

From employee concerns to organisational change, the page connects familiar business problems with practical HR support. Expandable sections let decision-makers explore what matters to them without reading every service description.

Independent fact-finding with a considered process. The page explains service fit, scope and the checks before engagement, giving organisations a clearer basis for discussing a sensitive complaint or allegation.

Fletch can lead negotiations or support an internal team with specialist preparation and drafting. Explaining both options, with responsibilities and fees agreed before work begins, makes the offer easier to evaluate.
The build included the practical setup behind the screens, with a test enquiry received by Peter.

I connected the new website to Fletch’s existing domain and preserved its Google email records. Separating the old hosting remains a follow-up, so existing dependencies can be checked before cancellation.
Dedicated service pages, search metadata and a submitted sitemap give search engines a clear structure to discover. Search Console and analytics are set up to track what happens after launch.
